MJMJ is growing growing.

MJ just turned 7 months on Feb 11th. Although he can sit on his own, he does not stay there long as he prefers to grab and explore any item within his reach. He has become skilled at rolling around a room to get what he wants. The other day, I actually caught a glimpse of him up on all fours rocking back and forth. This week he has learned to make forward motion. We are well on our way to crawling.

In addition to this, he has begun eating baby food, cheerios, and whatever else I fell like sharing: potato soup, bread, roasted yams, etc. He has started grabbing at food, so we hauled out the high chair. Michael stepped on his first cheerio this morning. He looks forward to many more crushed cheerios in his future.

Thirdly, after all this eating, I noticed a small swollen spot on MJ's gums. We may be looking at teeth soon!
